Good initial engagement, a little more communication as to the status would have been good

We engaged with Michael early, took his feedback, made numerous updates to the unit to maximise return on the sale price. He was very good with his feedback/suggestions. Once we got to the sale process I felt we were making the decisions without much recommendations from Michael. The price we ended up receiving was below expectations. As a first time seller it would have been beneficial to have more communications as to what was going on and what did we need to do. All in all though the unit was sold albeit under price expectations.
