Andrew is a knowledgeable, dedicated real estate agent with a strong focus on Booragoon. We enjoyed working with him on selling our house as he is very friendly and personally well presented and could be relied upon to present our house in the best light. He was always available to discuss the progress of the sale and kept us well informed after each home open. The website photographs and external display banner were excellent, and the premium listing on realestate.com.au all kept the property in the public eye so we have no complaints about online presentation. We didn't get the price we hoped for and we will never know for sure if we could have done better if we left the house on the market for longer. But it was a tough market with a lot of competition putting downward pressure on prices. All in all, 'though, Andrew did a great job and we would ask him to sell a house for us again.
