Mostly positive experiences but the communication was not upto mark as had to chase few times for the updates and specific events and sometime had to remind him that when and what was sent to him.

Great for the seller , not so good for the buyer , Nice Guy but property was over priced in the condition it is in , we should have been warned about the home being an ex drug dealers with multiple break-ins and was sold to a single female . Very unsafe .
