He looks after his clients very well, by answering questions/concerns promptly, providing multiple strategies for selling, keeping us updated along the selling process, and communicating well with the solicitor as well. In addition, he is very knowledgeable about the properties and suburbs, he has solid database, and helped us maintain great relationship with the tenants (as we have tenants living in the property while selling). The whole selling process has been so smooth that I can't find anything that needs improving. Highly recommend him, for sure!!!

Hey everyone, we were blessed to have john looking after this apartment, we been waiting for the perfect place to come up in area and had missed a few others cause outbid and didn't know what the actual price guide was. We first home buyers but john respected us so so so much and took us seriously and took our offer to the buyer and we had it all agreed and settled on price by the next day we still pinching ourselves I feel sometimes as a first home buyer we arnt as important as investors with heaps of money but that was not the case with John, he made our dream come true and took us seriously and we bought our first home, feel like I've become best friends with john he's always answered all my questions and walked us through the whole process and got us longer cooling off period so bank could do their thing and wanted to make sure we got our apartment. I could not sing enough praise for John Zhu from BME group Wentworth Point. John helped me navigate the purchase of my first home and went above and beyond from the very first inspection (which he organised privately because I couldn't attend the general open home). He made himself available to show the apartment to myself and also my family before purchase and even after purchase during settlement. His "nothing is too much" attitude was greatly appreciated throughout this whole process.
