Recently I purchased my first home in Wentworth Point and dealt with John Zhu as the real estate agent. John was always very professional and approachable. He has a great understanding of the property market and is reasonable to communicate with. John was always helpful and accommodating the need for various measurements for small renovation before I could move in. John would go above and beyond to communicate with the vendor, myself and solicitors on both sides to make sure of a very smooth transition.

John is prob. the best agent that I have ever dealt with. He was super helpful and understanding and accomodated every request of ours including additional viewings for family, getting small things fixed etc. He even helped with recommendations for flooring, painter and even small thinga like gas heaters. He gave a very personal touch to this whole transaction which made it all feel very nice and thus he has earner our loyalty for lifetime.

We bought a beautiful unit from Jeff. He is very kind, honest and loyal. He always answers my queries asap and tries to make sure that everything is ok. He provides all selling/buying requirements without any delay. He showed us all the faults in the unit and repaired anything we could not find and is giving us a very clean and neat apartment. He is a professional agent and I wish him more success in the future.

It was a real pleasure dealing will Jeff. He is extremely easy going, polite and knowledgeable in the field. He was able to give me all the information I needed to know and what his strategy and future plans were in gaining interest and offers. He gave me constant updates regarding enquires and offers. He sold my property in about 2 weeks with the price I asked for which again helped me cut the cost of paying the mortgage without a Tennant. What a legend! Thank you.
