As a long-term local, she was able to provide helpful information and answer any questions we had with confidence. Kate also followed up after the purchase, which was a really thoughtful touch and showed that she genuinely cared about the experience beyond the sale itself. We cannot find fault with Kate. Her advice and knowledge of the market were spot on which led to us achieving well above our expected price for the property. She kept us updated and well informed throughout the whole process, inspite of us being on an overseas holiday at the time. Kate is friendly and approachable whilst remaining totally professional.
