San has been amazing for us during the entire process. He had great knowledge, knew exactly who to target & how, good negotiation skills & most importantly a Personality which was relaxed & Calm. He knew what to say when & how to get the deal over the line. Great Communication Skills - Verbal Ofcourse but also via Email & from the Office. Regular updates were provided & a phone call was always answered! He had a Public open but also organized to meet prospective buyers at various private opens to enable Sale of the Property. One of the best things was that he always had Option B & C - If A did not work out (but it did!) We are looking to sell another investment property & have already started the work for that one with San. Highly Recommended with Confidence!

A good realtor can help you save time and money and can liberate you from anxiety and fatigue. This is how I would describe my experience with Onyx as a Vendor. I am extremely thankful to San Arora and his team for selling my house efficiently within few weeks and communicated very politely and professionally every step of the way. For instance, gave lots of tips for staging the house and assured to get realistic results without any hidden agenda. I believe team of Onyx invests their time and effort fairly to each property may it be a 1.2M or a free-standing unit like mine. I saw my listing and I was blown away especially with their marketing strategies and such a innovative campaign this further took away all my worries as my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition in Brooklyn park. All credit goes to Onyx’s high presence of social media which is very organic and of course San’s hard work and knowledge. Cheers.
