Saw a couple of pictures of an apartment online and went to inspect it. The agent at the apartment was Raymond elweddy. He was very respectful and answered all my questions during the inspection. I decided to apply to the house and two days later I got accepted for the application. Everything after that was smooth and easy with Raymond. Signed the contract and got the keys in a matter of days. The whole process was nice and would definitely recommend open real estate and Raymond elweddy

The agent has friendly stafff, they are flexible to communicate via text, email or telephone. The process of enabling tenants to move in could be improved e.g how to use alarm, intercom, which days do bins get put out and a walk through the property to ensure there are no queries would be more helpful to the tenant.
