Dimitri is no doubt the best agent I've been with for both buying and selling. I did put my property up for sale with a different Agency/agent who claim to be the best in the market but they could not sell my property for the asking price. Dimitri on the other hand sold it in just 3 open homes and 70k above what the previous agent could get. I highly recommend Dimitri. He knows his clients/market and is exceptional at what he does.
