Without Mike's help this deal may never of happened. The Vendors were not the problem it was our bank. Thanks again Mike. The kids are happy and so are we

We had a very positive experience in the selling of our family home!
We appreciated Mike’s honesty during the sale of our home. He was very ambitious in the price he thought he could achieve in the current market but we did trust him to be able to sell the house. Communication was always quick and detailed after each inspection. The marketing of the property was great, pictures and presentation of property were advertised well. We were disappointed we didn’t get closer to our asking price but Mike did make the process of the Openn negotiation a positive one!
