John exceeded our expectations as a real estate agent, he was proactive, involved & communicated effectively throughout the whole process of sale. The price we got was more than any other agent thought possible, and was handled in a way that made it obvious he was doing the best for us. I would like to thank John Simon and Andrew Perrott for their assistance in purchasing my new home to be. From the moment i was interested in buying they were very helpful with inspections, questions, answers and being present with me until exchange of contracts. As i was leaving to go overseas in a very short time after making an offer they were very attentive to me and in contact with the vendor so that contracts could be signed and the deposit paid before leaving. All was wrapped up by the morning of my flight out. I could have been happier with their patience, willingness to help in pulling the sale together. I am in process as a vendor now and have been very happy with a quick result in finding the right purchaser for my property.
