Orange Property Plus managed our property in Orange for several years (a large property in the Shiralee estate). We found John and his team to be professional, responsive and helpful in almost all interactions we have had. We were notified of issues on time; we were consulted in what is the appropriate action to take and were kept updated about the progress. In general, issues were dealt with on time and with satisfactory results. Communication is direct (John calls you up) and efficient. John also managed the sale of our property in a difficult market (late 2024) and were happy with how this was managed. For instance, during the selling process we found issues that should have been dealt with by the previous agent(s) but were not. John interacted with the original builder of the property and had things fixed within a week. We were impressed. John and his team are courteous and pleasant to work with.
