Brad was professional, organised, proactive, thorough and friendly from Day One. He had sold another property for me some time ago and I was very pleased with the way he operated then too. Brad was accommodating, thoughtful and quick to provide feedback and updates every time there was any activity related to my home. I had high expectations and Brad exceeded them at every turn, even anticipating what I would want from him when I hadn’t thought to brief him - such as prior to an inspection on a wet day when he had to deal with my two very enthusiastic dogs and replacing my For Sale sign after it was damaged in a storm event. I have only good reflections of my property selling experience with Brad on the job and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.
