I was perplexed as to why Mr Randahl doesn't wear aviator sunglasses, because he is a 'Top Gun' real estate agent. This 'Maverick' if you will, not only keeps you in contact with every little detail, he actively goes above and beyond with his marketplace knowledge. I wish I owned another property just so I could get Brad to sell it for me again. If you want your house sold, I can't recommend this 'wolf in sheep's clothing' high enough. 12/10
