Upon meeting Paul at Woodford open house i was very comfortable with his honest approach and easy going manor. We discussed that i was interested in the house but would need to adjust both purchase price and sale price to make the numbers work for my situation. Paul was very helpful and accommodating, with constant communication he developed the plan that ultimately resulted in selling Lawson and purchasing Woodford. It is with pleasure that I write this review as I only have positive experiences to draw on from the sale of our Megalong Street home. From the outset, we were thoroughly informed of the process and what we can expect from the sale through McGrath Real Estate which was realistic as to what we can expect in the current market. The pre-sale work of styling and photography was carried out diligently and professionally and the result gave a good presentation from which to start with the sale. During the sale we were kept thoroughly informed as to feed-back from prospective buyers and we found the weekly meeting to review the situation very useful and informative. Dear Paul, I personally cannot thank you enough for helping me with all aspects of the sale at 43 Honour Avenue. I resided there for nearly seven years- six of which were spent caring for my mother. I have always enjoyed living in the mountains(46 years at Springwood)- where I grew up and attended schools there at Springwood and Emu Plains. I will always remember the Lawson and Wentworth Falls areas as the best places to live in the blue mountains area today. The new Lawson town is progressing well and soon will become in demand for families who wish to re-locate there. When my mum passed away it became necessary to move on with my life and I have always wanted to be close to the water and surfing beaches. The move to Coffs Harbour would not have been possible without Paul's assistance and local knowledge of the mountains area in preparing my home for sale. Paul achieved a higher price than I expected and the home sold immediately to my amazement. I then had to commence packing straight away and units up here at Coffs- were not easy to find. Eventually I located a villa at Toormina after a previous sale fell through. I am now happy, settled, and only seven minutes drive to the shopping centre and Sawtel beach. Thank you Paul for all your hard work and patience for a sale, that I thought would have taken a year or more?
