we recently purchased a house in North Beach through Jarrad O'Rourke. He was excellent throughout and made sure to clearly communicate and kept us updated throughout. He has expert knowledge of North Beach, Trigg, Scarborouhgh corridor + surrounding suburbs - and also was able to provide lots of insights and info around some of the associated challenges with moving (strata, putting a pool in, furniture purchase from seller etc).
