Prior to us appointing O’Rourkes as our selling age, Jarrad O’Rourke came to our house and gave us an estimate of what we could expect to sell the property for. The final selling price was in the high-end of the range he estimated. During the initial consultation he explained the various advertising and resource options he would use. He also went into detail on the costs involved – all of which were accurate – there were no unanticipated costs. For viewing, we had both open homes and private viewings – all were run professionally with full consultation between O’Rourkes and ourselves. Our house catered for a niche market so did not suit some buyers, but Jarrad persevered until he got the sale - this was done by through professional negotiations with the buyer.
