Couldn't have asked for more.
Liam Osborne recently sold our mother's property for us. The whole transaction from beginning to end was smooth sailing. We really appreciate Liam's manner. Communication was exceptional and the way he handled things was straightforward and without some of the overbearing sales 'stuff' that you often have to do with. He didn't do the hard sell and didn't promise us more than he felt that he could achieve. In saying that, Liam managed to obtain a price that with the top of the range which was exceptional. We highly recommend Liam Osborne in selling your property.

Service Above & Beyond
Liam listened to what we were looking for and he was able to match properties that also matched our price range. He keep us up to date with any properties; organise home inspections if we couldn't attend open houses etc. When we made offers he also updated us promptly. Liam was a pleasure to work with during our searches and he delivered on a property that we can call our forever home.
