Everything about the purchase went very well. I had the cash, so I wasn't relying on loan approval. I also was not in a hurry nbut, if needed could finalise everything virtually over night. Liam was very polite, courteous, professional and willing to provide whatever was necessary. He liased with the vendor for me to have an inspection during the week, as I missed the scheduled inspection.

The agent Gerard Cunningham was very easy to deal with. Not pushy. no hard sell. Since I'm new to the area, he was very helpful with local knowledge and contacts for services I needed. He even went the extra mile and measured the distance of gum trees to the house for me to see if they can be removed. Top bloke!
