I have previously dealt with Joel selling my late parent's home, and this time he and the agency again displayed sensitivity and professionalism with the sale. My decision on agent was based on 'no bull please' - I don't have the time or patience. Straight talking and honest communication is rare in real estate - I appreciate being treated well and not like an idiot. In the middle of our sale campaign, we were impacted by the east coast flooding disaster - being stranded from our property.
