Lisa helped to sell my late mothers home on acreage. Property was originally very overgrown. Lisa advised us to concentrate on clearing the house block of property up. This still took the family 6 months to get property ready. Lisa was very patient with us during this time . She was also able to recommend workers for the cleanup. This ended up great advise, as once listed property was sold within 2 weeks for the mid range of Lisa's appraisal. This was also in line with other agents appraisals. Highly recommend Lisa Osborn as an agent willing to take on the more difficult/ unusual property sales.
