Although our property was outside Blake's general precinct, he undertook to list it for us and left no stone unturned in the selling process. We were fortunate that another property in the Lilyponds Tourist Park was on Blake's books and even though we had not signed a contract he asked if a potential buyer could be brought through. That person made an offer which we declined as we wern't even advertised but Blake came through with a more suitable offer that we accpeted. Signed up and had offer within a week. Excellent work given not the usual type of sale.
