When Nicola first called me about my application for this house, she was professional and super friendly. She wanted to make sure we had seen the house to make sure we’d be happy signing and living in this home for a whole year or more which a lot of other real estates don’t really care about. When she was showing me the home, she again wanted to make sure it was going to be suitable for our needs and we’d be happy living here. Considering our process with getting approved & signing the lease, Nicola made it as easy as possible and always kept us in the loop. We really appreciate how open and honest she has been about everything, and how quick she is to respond to any questions we have had.
