Lan and Will were amazing they certainly know there stuff. These two young gentleman are very professional understand what there clients need and want. Nothing is to much trouble go way above to help in anyway. There marketing experience is 10 out of 10 . We looked at over 40 houses in a 3 month period. Lan's a character-filled guy, but we particularly appreciated his interest in, not only selling houses for the vendors, but also finding the right place for us! Having viewed several places that he was showing, he worked hard to sell the properties, but he was also happy to give input about how things might work for our large family. The best thing about Lan has been the continued service after the point of initial interest. He's responded to every query (and there were a lot) promptly, he's gone over and above requirements, arranging for extra access so we could measure up the house, and he's been great with followup without being overbearing. Lan and the Team at Our City Realestate couldn't have made things easier for us!

He efficiently undertook all the necessary arrangements in a short time frame; one that fitted my timetable. The commission rate and cost of advertising were highly competitive. He professionally discussed his rationale for the pricing of my property but acquiesced to my thoughts on where it sat in the market. He kept me informed at every step along the way using a courteous and friendly manner and always accepted any comments with good grace. Will had a difficult task in keeping a veteran, out-of-town, real estate agent happy.
