Once I had considered my position and relayed my answer, Lan came back very quickly. The process was without the usual time wasting and bother. We were very happy with the outcome achieved by Lan and Will at OC Real Estate. Right from the first meeting Lan displayed a deep knowledge for the market and a level of enthusiasm to sell our house. Part way through the Covid-19 impacted sale we got a little distracted but Lan & Will confidently put us back on track.
