Communication with both Richelle and Xanthe has been very thorough and positive. They’ve both been able to communicate the process of renting with us at each step and giving very professional advice on the application process, Xanthe with pros and cons for each application to give an overview and Richelle with communication of negotiation between the vendors and ourselves. Especially being first time homebuyers, Xanthe and Richelle were always quick to respond and able to answer all and any questions we had, no matter how many. We really appreciate all the assistance and advice throughout this process, keeping within our specifications and doing their all to help us. I would say this process was very seamless due to Richelle and Xanthe’s organisational skills and professional judgement, we felt completely covered in all aspects without the need to stress on our end. During the battle of trying to secure a rental in this current market, OC were nothing but caring, attentive and lovely to deal with. Xanthe is extremely prompt in her replies and always returns a missed phone call quickly. OC make you feel at ease and looked after throughout the entire renting process. I haven’t came across such a lovely agent/team in my whole ten years of renting- the complimentary bottle of wine at key pickup just goes to show their attention to detail and kindness goes a long way. 5 stars!
