Selling made Easy
I had the pleasure of working with Majella Holton at Oxbridge exclusively to sell my property. Majella was very proactive in undertaking the marketing for the property and communicating with myself by phone or e-mail throughout the process. There was no effort required on my end as Majella took care of everything which assisted greatly when you don’t live in the area yourself. Majella’s familiarity with the area was a great asset and having other properties in the area enabled focus on my property. The property was only on the market for a couple of weeks when we were able to lock in a contract with a local buyer. Finding a reputable buyer is essential in ensuring the contract reaches execution and doesn’t have to go back to market, which Majella was able to achieve on my behalf. Great result. Thankyou

Above and beyond.
From the first conversation we knew Majella had done the leg work, she had gone above and beyond to gather as much information for the buyer that she could, this was not your typical commission focused real estate agent! There was just as much care and attention given to the buyer as the vendor. As she resides close to the area we bought in she had loads of knowledge of which and what property sold for what price and when. Our purchase of land at Mount Mee
We meet Majella on the block the day of purchase. Majella was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional and did not in any way use any persuasive tactics other than honesty during the sale. She answered all our questions. Majella knew all about the area and the history which was helpful. We felt secure in the sale and Majella went out of her way to keep us informed. From time to time she asks how we are travelling with the removal and placement of our new home. It was a pleasure having meet Majella and purchasing our dream block from her. Thank you

From the start you were way ahead of the competition in your prompt appraisal, advice and honesty. Both Ian and I have been involved in real estate for many years, myself in selling properties in Balmain, Sydney, and Ian in developments from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, so we were looking for an agent we could trust, not knowing the area ourselves. During the time we had it on the market your advice was forthright, both in the asking price process and advertising.
