As I'm not familiar with the process of selling properties, Matt took the time to explain the process to me ...... From preparing the property to looks its best (He gave great logical advice), into the marketing and opens for inspection stage, and then through to the completion of the sale. Matt consistently gave me updates throughout the process which I really appreciated and from the first meeting, through to the completion of the sale, Matt was professional, whilst being warm and friendly. Matt listened and took on board feedback about properties we visited . As a result we did not waste time on properties which clearly did not suit us. At the same time, he pushed our boundaries a bit and made us think outside the square. We told him what our budget was, we were “ ready to go” and he took it from there. He did not “pigeon hole” because of our age. Some agents might learn from him in this regard. Matt also had a great sense of humour which helped us all. He also, from our experience, possesses integrity. We hope he does well in his career. He is very focused in this way, where reputation matters.

Matt followed up about this property after meeting us whilst going to an open inspection at another property. He asked key questions about our opinions on the property we had inspected but moreover asked questions about what in particular we were looking for. Matt was incredible! Matt was recommended to me by a friend and he was everything and more than I'd hoped for. He obviously knew the market inside out and back to front and took all the stress out of the sale. Property was sold before it even went to market, at a great price and Matt made it all seem (feel) so easy. His diligence was impressive to say the least and throughout the entire process he kept me in the loop, providing regular updates on the progress ... and this was throughout the mid-December to mid-January festive period.
