We had minimal contact with Matt, as we had a buyers agent. I think it all went well, although we have not settled yet, so I can't speak for the entire process. The following feedback is more about the agency itself. We had a very good call with potential rental agent Alara, and really appreciated her input into helping us making a decision for the management of the property once we settled. However, dealing with the agency has generally felt "clunky" operationally (agent doesn't show up for house inspection, very difficult signature process, need to follow up 2 or 3 times to get called back on a specific topic, etc). I understand these are all details but hope you will appreciate the feedback. We have had a good experience overall.
