I found Yaz to be responsive, friendly, trustworthy, consistent and knowledgeable in all our interactions. She was very clear in her communication and provided a professional remote open home inspection when I was unable to attend in person. Yaz also welcomed local family members for Covid safe on site inspections. I believe the sales strategy of providing an up front price range is very effective, as it allows buyers to quickly ascertain whether a property is within their budget and a level of confidence when making an offer. I have known Ben for quite a few years. He has NEVER pressured me into selling as do some other local estate agents. I have had bad experiences with other local agents but with Ben it was a totally different case, in fact it was a pleasant experience. He is professional, polite, well mannered and a joy to liaise with. I am a mature single woman and Ben showed me respect, honesty and a no drama experience which has not been the case with other local agents. He listed the property on a Friday and it was sold by the Sunday. He sped exchange up so I could bid on another property I was interested in on the Wednesday. It was verbally sold on the Sunday and contracts exchanged on the Tuesday. Ben went over and above to achieve this for me. Highly recommend Ben and his wife Helena. Both genuine, lovely, respectful individuals. Highly recommend Ben.
