During our search for a new property in the Jervis Bay Area we came across quite a few agents and we have to say that the best to deal with was Helena. She knows the area very well and listened to our list of requirements for a property and showed us only the ones that fitted these requirements. Whilst we fully understand that she is working for the vendor in the sale process she also worked with us to get us to a point that we were very satisfied and are now looking forward to our new life in the area.

Helena did a great job, the house was in a poor state of repair but fundamentally a sound proposition which I feel she highlighted very well. Helena was persistent in her attempts to sell the house Would recommended her as a good agent

Helena did everything that she had promised from day one when she first valued the house. Living in the Hawkesbury I had to rely on what Helena was telling me each week. Each Saturday after the open house she would give me a call and keep me updated with honest feedback good or bad. When offers were put forward Helena kept me up to date. I highly recommend Helena to any vendor out their looking to sell their property.
