Awful experience
One star is too generous for Michael as he does not understand that he is dealing with people’s life savings. He needs to learn and be more knowledgable about social and people skills. Because of mistakes he made he cost us thousands and this is not okay. Very unacceptable. He is the most inexperienced agent I have ever dealt with.
