Pam Court Realty was recommended to me by others that had purchased properties in the same street in Glenfield Estate, Mountain Creek. A couple of weeks before putting the property on the market Mandy came around to appraise it. The day I put the property up for sale both my Real Estate Agency Contract & Contact of Sale documents were completed in 4 hours. I think this must be a record sale time. Mandy already had 3 prospective buyers interested in my property before it went on the market. Her professional but still personal manner made the experience very easy & a positive one. I can't rate our experience with Pam and her team high enough. It all started with a phone call late on a Saturday night which Pam took from us. The next morning we spoke with Pam in more detail about the property and by the afternoon Pam was at the vendors house walking us through the property via Facetime as we were overseas. I flew to Brisbane the next day and met Pam at her real estate. She took me to view the house and then drove me on a tour of Mountain Creek and Mooloolaba to show me the great locations close to the property and the future potential the property had. The following day I put in an offer and Pam worked for both us and the vendor to work out a agreed decision. We have asked Pam to help us post settlement to organise some pool maintenance/solar panel installation and to keep an eye on our new home until we arrive from overseas. She didn't hesitate to say yes. Honestly Pam gave us the experience that everyone would wish for during the purchase of a home. I believe that very few agents would meet Pam's standard of people skills.

I just purchased my first house, and being first house, I really had no idea of the process. I experienced many different agents, but I have to say Mandy was one of the best. She was friendly, understanding and made the whole process very enjoyable, as daunting as buying a house maybe. Was never pushy as some sales people can be, and just made the whole experience a great environment. If you buying a house, definitely recommend talking to Mandy
