I've known Sean for many years and have been hosted by him and his business partner at a number of inspections as I've been looking at options for the transition to a new lifestyle. I've had discussions with many agents over that time and Sean's team are always on the ball and follow up efficiently but also not too pushy. When the decision finally came to put our property on the market we met with Sean and other agents, but his proposal and methodology stood out. He also has a unique system when enables them to focus on the sale and negotiation. The Paradise system of using their extensive data base, social following and high-quality stills and video is just a cut above anything around at this moment. The guidance on presentation and ideas were invaluable and inspirational. It's taken a few days to get over my tears shed from parting with our beautiful home that I'll never forgot.
