Although Jan represented the seller, we were very happy with how he handled our property purchase in Cairns. He was professional, responsive and fair throughout the process. All issues identified during the building inspection were successfully resolved, and we really appreciated Jan’s practical approach and ability to find a reasonable middle ground. Highly recommended.

Jan approached the sale of my home with a well-informed plan that he followed with confidence and commitment. He was able to secure serious buyers and the house sold for a better than expected price after one home open. I would recommend Jan to anyone wanting to sell their home.

He always checked in during the whole process to make sure I understood every details of the process, overall was super happy with the whole process and never felt like I was doing it alone!

We have used Jan for both buying and selling. Excellent all round, would highly recommend to use him for all your buying and selling.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sean Thorpe. We received the property with many features NOT working in a filthy condition and with no clear handover process. We requested a proper walkthrough to confirm the cameras, home automation, solar, WiFi, reticulation and other systems were operational and to understand any required logins. Instead, Sean suggested leaving us to complete the final inspection ourselves and riddled with excuses. The lies, lack of transparency, communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely disappointing, especially given the vale of the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this agent to represent buyers or sellers in the future.
