Professional, dedicated, honest, approachable and very good at the sometimes-emotional business of selling or buying a home.
I had no previous connection or engagement with Paradise Property Group but came across Sean and the team looking at reviews, like this, while struggling to find an agent in Cairns who was capable, honest and most of all down to earth (no BS). I was interstate frequently and needed to be actively kept involved in the process while not always being available (aka. a very difficult and demanding client).
I also appreciate you cannot always believe the motivations behind every review you find online (which is sensible); but I can attest Sean and his wonderful team lived up to every one of the 5-star reviews before mine. (and no gifts or coercion were required for me to post this!). They behave with care and consideration, above and beyond what I have experienced before with any other agent; having bought and sold many properties in the past.
Through the process I always felt they were acting in my best interest, everything was discussed, explained and open to questions and queries. At no point was there any pushy, overbearing or manipulative sales tactics (which is very rare I find in real estate).
The quality of their marketing materials and their depth of expertise and knowledge of what is important when selling a home was exceptional (in fact above what I have encountered in far bigger markets like Melbourne and Sydney). In my experience their commission and costs were competitive and innovative (again having experienced many property sales in the past).
Finally, I would have no issue highly recommending Sean and the team to anyone who wishes to entrust their home to a Real Estate agent who will treat you with respect and get the best result for you and your family.
