She not only sold the above unit for our late brother/brother-in-law, but she sold our previous house at Crestmead and we purchased our current home at Lakewood Estate Parkinson from Cheryl. She is very professional in her work ethics and kept us up to date on the sale of our previous home. We even got the price we were asking. The unit at Marsden was only on the market for 2 days and we got MORE than the asking price. Cheryl is amazing and we will definately use her services when we decide to sell our current property. I never realised how stressful selling your house could be. From the outset Cheryl helped out, she gave great advice on how to present our home, she went through the current market and how our home sat within this market. She gave practical advice and assisted at every stage. Adding little touches to the way the house looked and "holding my hand" when things got stressful. She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone with whom they can feel comfortable with and know they are getting a great real estate agent.

My wife and i have sold two houses in the Parkinson area now with Cheryl and its been a definite pleasure both times. She and her partner Ian are always very helpful with the whole process. She negotiated well with the tenants to gain access for the openings & because of her approach she was able to get them to clear away clutter & have the house very presentable for viewings.
