Above our expectations
We could not have asked for a better agent than Anmol and Gurdev. Their area and market knowledge is unmatched, and is topped off by an incredible work ethic and joyful professional attitude. They guided us every step of the way and provided us with frequent updates to ensure we never felt out of the loop and showed amazing work ethics, sometimes negotiating late into the evening with buyers. We were made to believe by other agents that our asking price was unachievable, but they both able to negotiate maximum asking price, smashing our expectations. Would highly recommend Paras & Baz Real Estate to anyone looking to sell and would not hesitate to sign with them again!

Incredibly good!
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Paras & Baz. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with Gurdev and Anmol and they helped to take the pressure off of us. They guided us all the way and made the experience completely wonderful! They were extremely responsive and very pro-active on any doubts we had.

Feedback- Paras and Baz
We have always believed in owner run businesses in comparision to franchises and they have proved us right. I have not seen anyone as passionate as them. I think they are working really hard and have really unquie and creative ways of presenting your property. This is the reason we were able to sell at a really good price in comparison to the other similar properties sold in wentworthville. Hoping to work with them again in the future. 🙂
