Brenton is a down to earth professional who has a great understanding and knowledge of the market in general, particularly in Manningham. We found Brenton guided the campaign with a tremendous amount of common sense and finesse and he was always there for all the openings and was always available for feedback and any questions. The main thing we liked about Brenton was his transparency, his personable ability to first of all get people interested in the property, his knack of knowing who was really interested and who was the time wasters and then be able to build strong competition which resulted in the hammer going down before auction. In all of this he stuck to the task and we were not surprised in the end by a good result. We had previously used Barry Plant Manningham and I would not ever recommend them to anyone - they promised us so much but didn't deliver. They have so many properties on their books it's just a case of a sale at any cost and not much regard for the vendor. This was the same experience of 2 other friends who used Barry Plant Manningham. I wouldn't hesitate to thoroughly recommend Parkes Real Estate Manningham as the preferred real estate agent to professionally and proficiently sell your property.
