BEST REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN TOWN
We could not be any happier with the service that the team at Parry Property has provided with us. We did look around at other agents but nobody stood out like Parry Property. We contacted David who then came to our house that evening to discuss all our options with selling our home. He came prepared with all the information that we needed (including chocolates) and by the end of our meeting we were signing up as David made everything stress free. We had our photos booked in and before we knew it our house was on the Market. Clint and David took all the stress out of selling our home and 9 days later we had signed a contract. Clint and David kept us informed with everything including all feedback from potential buyers. All the team behind the scene were also amazing. They had a plan and promised a result in the first 45 days and they delivered.
I found Clint and Davids knowledge of the area I was selling invaluable and they chased buyers hard. Which is what I was after, having had no success with two other local agents in the last 2 years. To be honest , I was skeptical that their strategy would work because of the last 2 years of selling issues I had experienced. Happy to say I was wrong. Great result.

Property sale

Purchase of our second house
The purchase was smooth enough, we just had to get the contract amended to add chattels that were omitted. Nearing handover, the agent we were dealing with left the company but the transition went smoothly. On the day we picked up the keys and moved in, we had to break into the house as the keys had been mixed up and all the spares were locked inside. The house was not left in a clean state, while not necessarily Parry's fault, it would have been nice if they had checked first to get the previous owners back to clean up, as we spent majority of the day tidying and scrubbing. The house how it was left for example would not have passed a rental inspection. These things left us a bit deflated on what should have been an exciting day. We then found out that the heat pump was broken and needed replacing. While we should have asked about the condition of the unit before signing the contract, it slipped our mind and it would have been nice to be told we wouldn't have any heat in the living areas until we got it replaced, especially with a toddler.
