A class above the rest
The first positive experience we have had with Real Estate Agents! They are professional; get pest and building inspections BEFORE the property goes on sale and make them available to buyers; and set realistic pricing. Was dissapointed when some lazy agents in the area quoted up to $110K less on actual market value in order to make an easy sale.
