I really felt Tania was paramount to the sale of my house in terms price and time frames. There were a couple of items to manage with the house and the strategy Tania advised put the house in the best possible position to be sold.

We trusted Jacqui with the reluctant and emotional sale of our home. I love how easy it was to communicate with Jacqui who always returned my phone calls promptly. Jacqui was our obvious choice as she had shown this same expertise and friendliness twice before.

We purchased our property from Jaqui a few years ago and were impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I decided to use her again to sell our property and she did not let me down. Jaqui and her crew have been very helpful, prompt and responsive in their communication and made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Jacqui Powell had been a familiar face for us when it came to Tamworth’s real estate & so we didn’t hesitate in contacting her to sell our property. Her knowledge and passion for local real estate is obvious & is clearly what drives her personally and professionally. She is prompt and delightfully personable in her communication & her team are always ready and willing to be available. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We have been more than happy to recommend Jacqui in the past & our experience selling this time has been no different. Jacqui was professional and friendly. The price she suggested was higher than other agents had suggested, and yet she achieved it quickly. We were very happy with her knowledge of the market and contacts.
