The approach of Jacqui and her team was highly professional in its integrity and efficiency at every point. Unusually in business, it was at the same time warmly personal. Jacqui and others were unfailingly courteous and did not hesitate to take on board the requests we made of her in regard to the sale of the house. We would have no hesitation in commending her to others.

I could not recommend Jacqui Powell and her team enough. From start to finish, the sale of my property was quick, easy and efficient. Their hard work meant I received a fantastic offer on my property and didn’t have to lift a finger. Very impressed with the service!

Nothing was to much trouble for George and most importantly he is down to earth without any of the typical aggressive sales tactics. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with George again though purchase or sale

We first met Tania when she showed us through a property in Tamworth in May 2022. We drove from Newcastle to buy the property that day, we thought it was the right one for us, but despited our research we were wrong and we drove away disappointed. An hour down the road we received a call from Tania letting us know a property had become available and even though it was just outside our rough budget, she thought it would suit us. We turned around and headed back to Tamworth. Tanias ability to make a quick & real connection with people means she can astutely match buyers with properties. From the moment we met Tania the stress and anxiety of buying a property in a new area disappeared. Her friendliness, local knowledge and experience made us feel comfortable in taking her advice onboard and changing tact when it came to purchasing a home in the Tamworth area. We viewed the new property Tania suggested and it was a good one!. We put an offer in that day, our offer was excepted. We requested a two week settle, that was agreed to and arranged. We drove to Tamworth to buy a house and Tania ensured that occurred. Tanias real estate experience, prompt responses and pro active attitude meant a satisfying result for vendor and purchaser. On settlement Tania met us at our new home with the keys and a bottle of wine to welcome us to Tamworth. This is how homes should be bought and sold. Friendliness, honesty, experience, local knowledge and customer driven service. Two Real Estate Agent sceptics converted. Thank you Tania.

I was happy that Partner One introduced me to Tania to represent me in the sale of our home. I found her very knowledgeable and helpful in all matters. In addition her friendly manner eased what could have been a very stressful situation in the sale of a long time family home. Thank you Tania. I would recommend you to represent people in the choice of a real estate agent I would have liked a higher sale price but was aware of the situation facing buyers at this time.
