The team at LJ Hooker have managed our apartment at The Rocks Resort, Currumbin for holiday rentals for some time and we've been delighted with their service throughout. A great group of experienced and immensely helpful people who went out of their way to look after our interests. During our stay in March, Alex mentioned recent sales at the resort and how the local market was booming after a long period of little growth. After owning the apartment for 23 years, we'd been considering selling for a while and so, almost as an experiment, we followed his suggestion to put it on the market and see what offers we got. We were stunned by the result. Three days afterward, it was sold and, with Alex's efforts, the price we got was way beyond our expectations. A very nice surprise indeed. Living on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, we were unfamiliar with the Qld regulatory process but the Palm Beach conveyancing solicitors Alex recommended also provided an excellent service and the settlement went through without a hitch. Payments to our nominated bank account via the solicitors and LJ Hooker's trust account were made promptly. A great result overall.
