Di’s advice on how to present my property, communication throughout the sale and the result she achieved were all first rate. I used her to sell my property because from previous dealings with her I knew she was someone I could trust and she certainly didn’t disappoint.

We recently bought a house through Di from First national real estate. Di was professional with an excellent knowledge of the local market. She kept in contact through out the process providing us with any requested information but at the same time allowed us the space to make our decision in our own time. She was as transparent as possible through the process and made it as seamless as possible.

Di has been a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable on all aspects of the marketing program and ensured I was happy with the format. She is a great communicator who works tirelessly to achieve the targets. I feel privileged to have secured an agent who works, lives and breathes real estate. Her ability to liaise between parties was absolutely amazing. Her forte is following up and making sure all buyers requests were satisfied. I felt she held my hand throughout the process of achieving a sale and making my life as easy as possible and eliminating any stresses I felt. I congratulate Di on achieving the result I wanted.

Knowing that this was a reluctant sale... Di's warmth, professionalism, and knowledge meant a great deal to our family. We appreciate how Di went the extra mile to find exactly the right buyer for our mother's house. Always available to discuss and offer advice on any aspect of the sale, even arranging a repair when required. I personally recommend Di Calder as a preferred Real Estate Agent in Port Macquarie.

My husband and I first met Di at a recent open home she was conducting. We instantly felt comfortable talking with her. We loved the home but hadn’t even put ours on the market. She quickly went into first gear organising for the team to appraise our home, have photos taken and get it on the market. Di communicated with us daily with any updates. Within 4 weeks we had a buyer for our home and had a successful offer accepted on the home we had first seen. With Di’s excellent communication skills and her willingness to assist us throughout the process, she was able to make what can be a stressful procedure come to fruition within a short period of time to the benefit of all involved

I met Di Calder when looking to buy a house in the greater Port Macquarie region. Di was very engaging, knowledgeable and transparent in her communications. She built my trust through her followup - answering questions, providing clear information about the next steps, and ensuring a streamlined process with her team. I've since engaged First National Patterson as my property management agency because of Di's professionalism, reliability and level of engagement.
