Di recently sold my property at 14 Adele Close significantly higher then other real estates estimated and at the top of the limit I hoped for. We were exceptionally happy with Di Calder and her work in selling our unit in the Rydges complex in Port Macquarie. Our unit was unique in that it was in a fantastic location with a north east aspect overlooking the town green, river and ocean. In addition, it had a 200 plus sq m verandah which made this a great package. We looked hard to find an agent that could optimise our return on such an investment. Di was able to deliver for us and managed to achieve a sale price that we considered to be fair for such a gem. During the process, we found that Di’s communication was first class and we were constantly informed after each inspection and open house. We were extremely satisfied that Di would always deliver on her promises and was totally reliable in every aspect of the sale.
