I am pleased to say Paula Taylor and her team gave me exemplary service throughout all aspects of the sale of my house both pre and post selling. They say there is no “I” in team. It was very true with Paula Taylor’s Agency. Everybody in the team worked together to give the best service I have experienced. I’m disabled and I found the pre sales service was excellent. Every day someone was here to help me on their way home from work. They would pop in for 10 mins and help me. They helped me prep the house for sale/photographs. This ensured I got the best possible result. I have sold 5 houses in my life but never have I received the level of service I experienced from Paula and her team. Paula has a special weapon in her arsenal which I call the “KIM” factor! I can’t get up on a ladder nor will my cleaner so Kim and her husband came around on their days off, with a smile, and cleaned the fans in the house and whatever I needed with the ladder. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I was so impressed. Kim also helped me sell a lot of unwanted furniture using F/B marketplace. My background is printing and publishing, as such Glen allowed me to have input into the printed marketing material which made me happy. Paula Taylor had 2 people at my house for all the open for inspections pre lockdown. This ensured security for me in conjunction with the best possible service for the prospective buyers. Once again excellent service! I have been to many “open houses” where there has been only one agent at the house. I went to auction inthe first week of lockdown. Paula was most helpful in guiding me through the remote auction process. Paula Taylor must be a great boss. In my experience you only have your team working synergistically if you are a boss that gains the respect of your staff. Paula is one to get the job done. She works hard on getting people thru your residence even if it’s outside the 9-5pm, She devotes her time in keeping you well informed of everything that’s going on. I think it’s important to have someone that’s straight up, gets the job done with minimal fuss. I was travelling around Australia when my house was sold, and nothing was hard! I’ve travelled.
