Dan guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, through a stressful period. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates and offer honest advice. Dan and his team provided a strategic plan that met our needs and which didn't require public listing straight away. Dan was very empathic to our requests when organising inspections. Their commercial terms were good and included an element of bonus if the price met an agreed target.
