Sam had a few prospective buyers for our property upon initial appraisal that he showed through, and ended up selling our house off market to one of the interested parties. He was excellent in keeping us up to date on where things were at (even when there was no news) which we really valued. You can tell he has a care for his clients and finding his buyers a property that’s the right fit. At a time where the property market is difficult we are super happy with Sam’s efforts and results in the sale of our home. Sam is honest and open and very easy to work with!

He is a great communicator, excellent at following up and following through, very professional and (very importantly) super friendly and easy to deal with. For me, when buying a house the measure of a great agent is whether I would want them acting for me on the selling side. And I absolutely would.

From my first conversation with Sam to the SOLD sign being put up on our property, Sam Oxley was Outstanding. From his market knowledge to his high level of communication and his friendly approachable manner, Sam is a joy to deal with. I would have to say Sam's honesty is what sets him apart from other Agents. Myself and my wife always received regular updates and honest feedback on our property and those who where interested. Sam's ability to assess a potential buyer opposed to someone who was not quite ready to buy was outstanding. Then to be able to provide feedback and suggests that would assist us in selling our property at our Target Price and Timeframe was again OUTSTANDING.
