Richard assessed the current market in our area very astutely , and had the property priced to sell. Interest and demand was strong so that offers came in quickly , and exceeded our price expectations. His team of support staff were prompt, efficient and friendly. Richard also alerted us to an important issue regarding strata insurance which if not resolved could have derailed the transaction, so am most appreciative.

The team at Peak have been managing my rental property for several years, after stepping in to clean up a significant mess my previous agent had left me in. When it came time to sell, I didn’t seek advice anywhere else as I knew Michelle would handle the sale with care and expertise. I sought advice from Michelle on a number of occasions over the course of about a year prior to listing, and she always gave me detailed but balanced advice. She managed my expectations to ensure I was always realistic. I further leaned on Michelle and Richard for advice during the height of Covid-19, which happened shortly after listing and interrupted my sales process, and they kept me informed of when would be the “right” time to re-list again taking my circumstances and the market into consideration. This resulted in a relatively quick sale after that point. I also live overseas, so managing correspondence from timezones an entire business day apart could have slowed down the settlement period - there was never an issue with this.
